Booking Policy

Consent-Based Services
I only perform intuitive readings  for individuals who are actively seeking the service. No workings will be performed on behalf of, or targeting, another person without their explicit consent (if applicable). Justice, legal matters, and hexes do not fall under this rule. This is to uphold spiritual integrity and respect energetic boundaries.

Required Divination
Divination is mandatory before any ritual or spell work. No work is performed without first spiritually assessing the situation to determine necessity, alignment, timing, and ancestral consent. This protects both the client and the practitioner and ensures the work is conducted ethically and responsibly.

 

Baneful Workings & Hexes
Any hexing or baneful magick is offered under strict spiritual protocol. Prices for these services are firm and non-negotiable, for both your protection and mine. These workings are powerful and require grounded preparation and care.

 

Reading Sessions

All reading sessions are allotted a maximum of 30 minutes. Additional time may be purchased as follows: $10 for 10 minutes, $15 for 15 minutes, and $30 for 30 minutes. Please arrive prepared with your questions or concerns to make the most of your time. All sessions are conducted as an audio call via my business line at (281)-929-9925. Video sessions are available via Google Meet for an additional $55.

 

Scheduling Policy

Regarding rescheduling appointments, Mama JuJu needs to be notified at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment time.  If the 24-hour window is missed, a $33 rescheduling fee will be applied. 

 

No Guarantees
As with all spiritual work, results may vary based on divine timing and energetic alignment. I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

 

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the energetic nature of this work, all sales are final once a service has been purchased. 

 

Ethical Practice
I reserve the right to refuse any service that does not align with my spiritual code or personal boundaries.
